1. How much does delivery within the "Postal Repair service" cost?

Shipping fee is free of charge for under warranty and out of warranty repair for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart watches. For out of warranty repair costs (including part & labor), HONOR authorized service center will send you a quotation.

2. Are there any restrictions on using the "Postal Repair service"?

The "Postal Repair" service is not provided by a courier company for the following reason:
- If the device's battery is swollen or damaged, or if the device is bent due to a mechanical shock. In this case, contact our customer support.
This service is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 and interested in making an application, ask your parent or legal guardian to make the application on your behalf.

3. How to make an application for the "Postal Repair service"?

5. How long it will take for pickup delivery?

It will take around 3 working days for arrange pickup.

6. After repair done, will I need to go service center and collect by myself?

No. Our service center will be deliver/courier back your device to you, once the repairing is done.

7. Will HONOR provide the packing material for customer to do packing?

Nope. Customers need to prepare the packing material by themselves.

8. Will my data be safe?

All data may be deleted from the device during the repair process, so please back up your data and restore the factory settings.

9. How long will the repair take?

The repair, taking into account the delivery time to the service center and back, will take approximately 7 working days, depending on the types of defect and the availability of spare parts.

10. How can I find out the status of the repair?

11. How to pack equipment safely for transport?

We recommend that you pack the device properly to prevent mechanical damage during transport. For example, the original box in which you purchased the device is suitable. If the original box is lost, use another suitable box and filler (bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.).

12. Accessories

Before sending the device for repair, remove any accessories that are not included in the original packaging of the device. These are mainly protective glasses and covers or foils on the display.
